4. U krijgt meteen te horen wat de reparatie gaat kosten of een schatting van de kosten.

5. Als wij het direct kunnen repareren dan doen wij dat en is uw apparaat in 80% van de gevallen binnen 48 uur klaar.

- U kunt dus niet terecht zonder afspraak.

- U kunt niet even snel de computer afgeven.

Gaat u niet akkoord met de reparatie kosten of ziet u af van reparatie? Dan kost het u €35,00 onderzoekskosten.

Voor het maken van een afspraak dient u 21 jaar of ouder te zijn.

Reparatie:

 

Wij repareren altijd t/m € 60,00 zonder overleg. Is de reparatie duurder? Dan overleggen wij altijd eerst met de klant voordat we de reparatie verder voortzetten. Geeft u akkoord voor reparatie/offerte dan gaan wij meteen voor u aan de slag. Wij rekenen onderzoekskosten als u afziet van reparatie/offerte. De onderzoekskosten zijn dan € 35,00 inclusief 21% BTW. Deze hoeft u natuurlijk niet te betalen als u akkoord gaat met de reparatie. Reparatie klaar? Dan bellen wij u direct om een afspraak te maken.

 

Particulieren:

 

Kosten arbeid per kwartier (15 minuten) € 17,50 inclusief 21% BTW.

Start is altijd minimaal 2 kwartier. Er wordt dus altijd 2 kwartier in rekening gebracht.

 

Ook voor een adviesgesprek worden onderzoekskosten berekend als u niet akkoord gaat met de offerte voor een nieuw apparaat.

 

Zakelijk:

 

Kosten arbeid per kwartier (15 minuten) € 20,00 inclusief 21% BTW.

Start is altijd minimaal 2 kwartier. Er wordt dus altijd 2 kwartier in rekening gebracht. Voorrijkosten Purmerend v.a. € 20,00, u betaald de tijd van reizen. De klok gaat lopen op het moment dat wij in de auto stappen en loopt door als wij bij u zijn. Eventuele parkeerkosten worden altijd doorberekend. Zelf brengen van computers kan natuurlijk ook.

 

U kunt er ook voor kiezen om uw laptop of desktop pc te komen brengen op afspraak. Hier zitten geen extra kosten van reistijd aan vast.

 

GRATIS TIP! Zorg dat u alle gegevens zoals wachtwoorden en email instellingen bij de hand heeft. Denk ook aan uw inloggegevens en software. Als u die gegevens nog moet opzoeken wanneer de monteur bij u is, dan kost dit extra tijd terwijl de monteur wacht...

 

Onder de 21 jaar bent u niet volledig financieel onafhankelijk. Onder de 21 jaar? Laat dan uw ouders, voogd een afspraak maken en niet op naam van kind.

 

Bij het maken van een afspraak verklaar ik dat de laptop/desktop computer niet ouder is dan 7 jaar.

Als er een sticker op staat met "Windows 8" of "Windows 7" of "Windows Vista" of "Windows XP", Dan is deze laptop/desktop zeker ouder dan 10 jaar en het financieel niet meer waard om te laten repareren.

LET OP: U kunt een gemaakte afspraak kosteloos annuleren mits u dit ten minste 1 dag (24 uur) van tevoren doet via Telefoon of via het Booking systeem of Schriftelijk (op papier) of via E-mail. De annulering is dan kosteloos, behalve als er door ons bedrijf al aantoonbaar kosten zijn gemaakt, bijvoorbeeld omdat er speciaal producten zijn besteld om de reparatie uit te kunnen voeren. Klant die niet op de afspraak verschijnt zonder zich (tijdig) af te melden (‘no-show’) brengen wij kosten in rekening voor ‘no-show’. Deze zijn minimaal €35,00.

FREE ADVICE! Make sure you have all your information, such as passwords and email settings, at hand. Don't forget your login details and software, either. If you have to look up that information while the technician is at your location, it will take extra time while they wait...

 

If you're under the age of 21, you're not fully financially independent by law. If you're under the age of 21, have your parents or guardian make the appointment, also on there name.
